DISC Behaviors Report
Our reports are all based on proven science. For example our Behaviors Report is EEOC-compliant and is the most accurate DISC in the industry. It looks at 384 possible behaviors of an individual and plots them on graphs and a patented wheel, based on their D, I, S, or C behaviors.
Motives Report
Based on proven science, this report looks at six primary motives or “why” we do what we do and what drives behaviors. Motivators help illuminate and amplify a person’s motivating factors. This solution also builds on the experience an individual brings to the workplace environment.

We have it in a Management-Staff, which is for an administrative support person and management, and a Sales Version anyone involved in customer service or outside sales.

This report examines the five core facets and explains how to more effectively deal with and modify emotional intelligence. It identifies how well a person is able to manage emotions and impact relationships with others.

This report examines the behaviors individuals bring to the job and an understanding of their own emotional intelligence (EI). The report consists of behaviors and EI sciences. The behaviors is our full DISC report as noted above. The EI measures self and social awareness, self and social-regulation, and motivation.
