Don is the Director of Customer Engagement, and since the late 90’s has helped businesses drive online traffic and grow sales through digital technologies, with an emphasis since 2009 on search engine marketing (SEO); writing and editing for the web; search engine marketing/PPC; and web design and development. His marketing and sales career has been devoted to developing internal and external teams and approaches that help resolve organizational roadblocks and improve customer value, competitive advantage, and reputation, while driving growth and market share.
Most recently Don has worked for a digital media company for approximately 10 years. His work focused on large healthcare clients including Roche Tissue Diagnostics and Zimmer-Biomet where he coordinated dozens of large and small rebranding projects with clients and colleagues. Sample projects included writing content and providing SEO for key sections of two new websites for companies with a global footprint, developing and managing multi-country search advertising campaigns; and creating microsites for branded products and international medical conferences.
