Welcome to the Influencer Benchmarking Project

Thank you for joining us and participating in this special agent attraction project.  An exclusive opportunity for eXp Alphas, we’re compiling data from the best of the best to determine what drives success on the eXp platform. The Abelson Group has partnered with Dave Conord on this project to ensure maximum accuracy and ensure the outcome provides meaningful tools for future growth.  Dave and Dr. A have known each other for close to two decades and have worked together on many other successful projects over the years. 

You are being asked to take an assessment that has several distinct parts and usually takes 30 to 40 minutes to complete.  Please put enough time aside to complete it in one sitting.  When answering the questions put yourself in your mindset of how you are while building your revenue share organization business. 

In exchange for your time and participation, you will receive your detailed 60-75 page assessment results that explore your behaviors, what drives your behaviors, and how you are on 25 leadership components.  Additionally, Dr. Abelson will facilitate several meetings to go over the basics of how to interpret and use your report and answer any of your questions. 

When our research is complete you will be invited to learn about our findings and additional opportunities to use the data for consistent and accelerated growth for your organizations.
