Did you know…? We have reports you can use to onboard new people

by: Dr. Michael Abelson

We have onboarding reports that include the most important sections from our DISC and/or Motivators report.

It puts two people on the same page and gives each’s bulleted statements for a particular section of the report.

For example have on one page for the supervisor and the new subordinate

1) How to Communicate with each person,

2) How NOT to Communicate for each person,

3) their Ideal Environment,

4) their Value to the Team, on and on for about a dozen report sections.
