How Does This Work?
- Go to www.abelsonai.com and purchase your personal account or current account holders login.
- For best and most accurate results go to the DISC Wheel page on any of your Reports from Abelson and identify the space number the person of interest is located within. For example: Person A is located in space 13. Ask, “How should I best communicate with Person A who is in space 13?” OR any other question about how to work with Person A. Another example: “Identify where any two or three people are on the DISC Wheel (ex., space 43, space 55 and space 4) and ask how they should work together” or any other question of interest.
- Don’t know the specific space the person is in? Not a problem. The Abelson Ai is programmed to answer any question, just by giving the general DISC area (D, DI, I, IS, S, SC, C, or CD) in your Report.
- Knowing the DISC Wheel space number of the person will lead to the most accurate answer.
- When you are finished with your questions, just log off and return again at another time.
Dr. Michael Abelson, CEO/President
Dr. Michael Abelson, (Dr. A) is CEO & President of The Abelson Group and CEO of The Abelson Group REMAX Division. He has over 50 years of experience as a consultant, coach, trusted advisor, educator/trainer, and interpreter of psychological assessments. He founded The Abelson Group in 1986. His teaching expertise is demonstrated through being awarded nine different awards while teaching over 50,000 undergraduate students, and 10,000s of MBAs and executives while on the faculty of Texas A&M University and Central Michigan University. He has been on the speaker stage on four continents and on occasion has joined storied speakers such as Zig Ziglar, delivering over 1,000 keynote speeches, seminars, and other training programs. He has worked with 1,000’s of organizations regarding The Abelson Group’s 9 different Areas of Expertise including: hiring, manging/leading, team building, change management, and the use of psychological assessments. His accomplishments include writing over 60 published articles, two books, numerous book chapters, and has almost a dozen assessment-related certifications, in addition to his formal educational credentials (B.A. in Psychology, M.A. in Clinical Psychology, M.B.A. and Ph.D. in Business Management). Three of his four degrees are from the Pennsylvania State University.
He is Emeritus (retired), from the Department of Management at Texas A&M University, where he was on the faculty for over 30 years, was Real Estate Research Fellow at the renown Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, was the first Director of the Human Resources Masters program at Texas A&M, and an instructor at four executive education centers, also at Texas A&M. He has shared his management and human resources expertise in over 40 television programs, quoted in over 100 newspapers, magazines, and e-letters, and appeared in 100s of weekly radio programs. He has also been president of numerous non-profit organizations, enjoys biking and other physical activities, and enjoys being with his two daughters, their partners, three grandchildren, and his significant other Marcia.
