How Does It Work?
There are Six 3-hour modules.
- Each module is live with Dr. A and occurs from 10 am to 1 pm Central Time (USA).
- Modules are taped and available for viewing after each 3-hour session.
- It is recommended that you attend each live session but if you miss a session or two you can always go back and watch the taped session for the session that you missed.
- During the certification program you can always email or text Dr. A with questions as you implement the concepts and the use of the assessment tools. Dr.A appreciates and enjoys responding to questions during and or after each of the 3-hour sessions.
Content areas and or topics covered in the certification include things such as:
- Learn how to more effectively communicate with everyone at work, at home, and in your personal life.
- Learn if someone’s stressed, if it’s personal or bussiness related, and how to decrease it.
- Learn how to create at least 50 hours of time and benefit financially.
- Learn how to effectively manage yourself and everyone in your life.
- Learn how to motivate without using money.
- Learn how to determine the truthfulness of the assessment takers comments.
- Learn how we train DISC and/or Motivators and use our materials in your own training.
- See how to better select members, manage, and/or lead a team.

Learn a brief history of DISC and the basic characteristics, communication strategies, strengths, weaknesses, time management for D.I.S.C. and so much more!

Learn how to use the graphs to better understand the individual, their internal conflicts, their stress points, how to decrease their stress and other dynamics, and so much more! All program payments are active for one full year after payment. You can delay attending the certification program for up to that period of time. All materials are yours to keep with the exception of TTILearn and A-LRN. They are available to you throughout your certification program and can be purchased after that for a small fee.
