USING Abelson AI

AI is the craze and everyone is jumping in.  But no one has jumped into using AI for DISC like The Abelson Group.  Most DISC companies focus on 24 individual profiles.  We have combined our 384 profiles and developed 60 different distinct and exceedingly accurate behavioral profiles.  One for each of the 60 spaces on the DISC Wheel.  Ask our AI any question for any of the 60 spaces and get the answer in a few seconds.  

For hiring, ask if they are the right fit, if it’s the right environment, how close their behaviors are to the necessary behaviors of the job, or dozens of other questions.  You get an immediate answer.  

For coaching, ask how you can persued them to be your coaching client, how to best communicate with them, what are their real needs in the relationship with you, or dozens of other questions.  You get an immediate answer.  

For managing or leading, how should you communicate with them, deal with their stress or the stress they put on you, negotiate conflicts with them or among staff, sell new ideas to them, or dozens of other questions.  You yes, get an immediate answer. 

Why is the Abelson AI different from others? 

Many reasons! But here is just a few.  Dr. Abelson has used his over 50 years of experience with psychological assessments, his 40 years of HR consulting, and 30+ years understanding and using DISC to create an incredibly accurate foundation for the AI brain he created.  The Abelson Group AI is NOT attached to the internet where over 40 DISC formulations use their own, and different, analysis to interpret DISC.  Therefore, Abelson clients are sheltered from the inaccuracies related to other DISC formulations or just pure inaccuracies prevalent in the wild and wooly internet about DISC.  Who knows where the information on the net is coming from?  Additionally, you DON’T have to load the DISC report or anything else into the AI brain.  Tell it the person or people’s DISC Wheel space, then ask your question(s), and see the immediate and accurate response.  If you don’t know the DISC Wheel space, tell the Abelson AI brain some of their characteristics or if they are one of the 8 subcategories (D, DI, I, etc.), and be amazed by the answer.
