Super Bowl DISC Predictions Part 1

We decided to have some fun since it was Super Bowl time.  We asked a popular AI program to tell us about Patrick Mahomes’ and Jalen Hurts’ DISC style AND how to stop each from being successful on the field.  Dr. A then modified the AI comments to more closely resemble his perception of each’s DISC style.

 Part 1 is today where we describe each’s DISC Style.  Part 2 is how to defeat each of them on the playing field considering their DISC.

PATRICK MAHOMES

Using the DISC personality model, Patrick Mahomes likely exhibits a combination of Dominance (D) and Influence (I)traits:

Dominance (D):

  • Mahomes is highly competitive, driven, and results-oriented.
  • He thrives under pressure and takes decisive action in critical moments.
  • His leadership on the field demonstrates a willingness to take risks and push boundaries.
  • He embraces challenges and often takes control of situations, especially in high-stakes games.

Influence (I):

  • He has a charismatic and engaging personality, making him a natural leader both on and off the field.
  • His ability to inspire and connect with teammates shows strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mahomes brings energy, optimism, and confidence, which helps rally his team even in tough situations.
  • His creativity & improvisation on the field reflect an adaptable & dynamic approach to problem-solving.

While he also possesses elements of Steadiness (S) (team-oriented mindset) and Conscientiousness (C) (focus on strategy and preparation), his dominant traits lean toward D and I, making him a bold, influential, and high-performing leader in the NFL.

JALEN HURTS

Jalen Hurts, based on the DISC personality model, likely exhibits a combination of Dominance (D) and Steadiness (S) traits:

Dominance (D):

  • Hurts is highly competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented.
  • He demonstrates strong leadership, taking charge in high-pressure moments.
  • His work ethic and determination to improve each season highlight his drive for excellence.
  • He embraces challenges and pushes through adversity, making him a fierce competitor.

Steadiness (S):

  • He values teamwork, showing loyalty and dedication to his teammates.

While he also has Influence (I) traits (inspiring teammates, strong communication skills), his personality is largely defined by D and S—a combination of toughness, consistency, and quiet leadership that makes him a respected and effective quarterback.
